It hunts for real leads across public company registries and regulatory sources — GLEIF, the EU's TED tenders database, SEC EDGAR, UK Companies House — scores them against our own criteria, finds a real contact, and sends a personalized email, on its own, continuously, with no one clicking send.

Built for sustainability consultants working under the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive: energy & emissions data input, automatic Scope 1/2/3 calculations, a live gap analysis checked against real ESRS disclosure requirement codes, and one-click regulatory PDF report generation. Shipped as a licensed desktop application, localized into five languages (English, Italian, German, Croatian, Albanian).

What kind of things can AXON actually automate?
Anything repetitive and digital: pulling data from multiple tools into one report, sequencing outreach, moving information between systems that don't talk to each other, recurring approvals and hand-offs. If it's a manual, repeated digital task, it's a candidate.
Is this a no-code tool, or real custom software?
Real custom software, engineered around your specific workflow — not a generic no-code template you configure yourself. We build it, you don't assemble it.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a single automated report is a different build than a multi-system workflow. We map your process first, then give you a real timeline with the proposal, not a generic estimate.
What's the actual difference between owning it and accessing it monthly?
Own it outright: one-time cost, full source code delivered, you retain the IP, you host it (or we can on request) — no ongoing dependency on us. Access monthly: lower upfront cost, we host and maintain it, you can cancel or scale month to month, but we keep operating it.
If I access it monthly, who owns the code?
AXON retains it under the monthly model, since we're the ones hosting, updating, and keeping it running. If you want the source code and full ownership, that's the "own it outright" path.
Do I need any technical background to work with AXON?
No. The mapping conversation is in plain language about how your team actually works — we translate that into the engineering, not the other way around.
How does AXON relate to VPM Industria?

Security & technical
Who owns our data once we start working together?
You do, always. Under the monthly access model we host the software on your behalf and only use your data to run your automation — never for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
Where does it run, and can we choose the hosting?
It depends on the model. If you own the software outright, you host it wherever you choose, including entirely on your own infrastructure. On the monthly model, we host it, and regional requirements are agreed as part of scoping.
Do you build with AI, or is a human actually engineering this?
Real engineers scope and build every project by hand. We use modern tools, AI included, to move faster — the same as any serious software shop does today — but the architecture, integrations, and judgment calls are human.
Is our data secure?
We follow standard secure-development practice: encrypted connections, least-privilege access to the tools we integrate with, and nothing shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run your automation. We're a small, EU-based team — not SOC 2 certified today, and we'll tell you plainly if that's a hard requirement before you commit.
